Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. What you see is what you get. Our product photos are shot on actual garments without heavy editing. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings, but the fit, fabric, and design will match exactly.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your order confirmation is sent via email after placing your order. A detailed receipt is sent alongwith product. For any more details Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll address the query ASAP.

How can I return an item?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We'll arrange pickup and process your exchange or refund once inspected.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Select pieces are restocked based on demand, but most VAINO items are released in limited quantities. Follow us on Social Media to get notified when restocks drop. If you want a specific item, message us—we'll let you know if it's coming back.

Which areas can you ship to?

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan—all cities and remote areas. Orders arrive within 2-3 business days. Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
