Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange. We’ll arrange pickup and send your replacement once we receive the original item.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged goods received

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are final sale unless defective.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

VAINO operates exclusively on Cash on Delivery. Pay when your order arrives—no advance payment required.

  2. Receive order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp
  3. Our courier delivers to your address
  4. Inspect your package
  5. Pay the courier in cash

After placing your order, our team will call to confirm your details before dispatch. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

Payment Amount

Pay the exact amount shown in your order confirmation. Couriers do not carry change for large denominations—please have the correct amount ready.
